Welcome to Chromatic Cay! Or as the locals call it, Chroma Cay! Only the freshest of the fresh hang out at Cephalo Center! Regular Battle or Ranked, everyone is welcome here!

Locations

Cephalo Center: One of the hottest places to hang out! Many cephalopods head down to Cephalo Center to get started with their journey to freshness! During Splatfest, there's a stage in the middle!

Trevally Park: Festivals are held here sometimes! When that happens, try to win one of the prizes! Other than that, it's just a normal park.

Gourami Apartments: A decent apartment complex. It's actually kinda nice.

Angelfish Airport: Fly in from another place or leaving for a bit? Have fun on your vacation!

Sunfish College: Knowledge! This college is known for their exceptional classes such as the arts and science, and has an extensive human historical artifact collection! Not as big as Shellendorf's though!

Octo Gorge: Gorgeous! Also Octavio might be here somewhere...

History

After surviving a storm at sea, Captain [name] Chromatic and his crew stumbled upon an uncharted part of the coastline. In the sky above, there was a spectacular rainbow. Right when the boat had touched land, the Captain placed his flag on the beach, claiming the land to live in. Honoring the sight that he saw and his name, he and the crew dubbed the land Chromatic Cay. Soon their camp grew into a small town, and then a port city with beautiful beaches.
